Doleschal cooking kettle units are made of rust- and acid-resistant chromium-nickel steel, polished, and alternatively available with feet or sockets.


Practical handling

Electricity, oil, gas, or high-pressure steam can be used as source of energy. The generously dimensioned drain valve with integrated vacuum valve enables the quick drain of cooking media.

EU conform design

The internal bulb edge avoids the runback of drain, waste- and surface water. A cold- and warm water-tap is installed on the jointless welded upper board.


It's hot

High temperatures, and longvity is guaranteed by electrical heating devices, filled with heat transmission oil, located on the duplicate shell. Internal kettles and lids are completely isolated, in order to enable an ideal usage of energy.
