UNIMATIC Roasting- and Baking units from Doleschal possess a highly sophisticated ventilation system. Pneumatically conrolled dampers conduct the air flow alternately from the left to the right, and back to the products.

The horizontal air flow between each layer enables a consistent allocation of air and coloring within the chamber. Achiving outstanding product results on both the grate, and the closed charge.


Options

Electricity, oil, or gas can be used as your source of energy. In addition, horizontal units can be equiped with cooking equipment for steaming.

Further features are the possibility to (cold)smoke fillets of fish, as well as the drying of beef jerky in a horizontal air flow.
