Doleschal Anlagenbau presented itself at the IFFA in Frankfurt in a completely new outfit. A new logo, new catalogs and an entirely new website belong to the new appearance as well as a successful exhibition booth. Doleschal was represented by their Managing Director, Willibald Jagersberger, the entire sales team and the head of the service department.

Along with the proven Doleschal Roasting and Baking units Doleschal presented their new smoking units with reduced exhaust air system. These smoking units with smoke generators of the Super Smoke series distinguish themselves through a very high smoke density and minimum exhaust emissions. Via a turbine on the backside of the smoke generator and through various valves the smoke-emerging temperature can be controlled in a unique way ensuring equal results time after time.
